installation freeradius

Salut à tous
voici mon gros problème
jai installé pour la 20e fois (sans exagérer) freeradius 0-9.3 sur redhat 9

après création de ma base de donnée radius de mon user "eva" avec password ='mot-de-passe'

lorsque je tape mysql -u eva -p
je rentre mon mot de passe ok
je dans la tape radcheck un user "test" et password "joyeux"
je fais un radtest test joyeux localhost 17 radiustest
jai indefiniment des sending acces-request of id .... avec à la fin un no response from the server.

lorsque je fais un radius -x -A j'obtiens ceci

There appears to be another RADIUS server already running on the authentication port UDP 1812.


quelqu'un pourrait il m'aider car c'ets un projet que jai en entreprise SVP avez vous pu resourdre ce problème un jour.
