info driver et déconnection

bonjour
juste 2 petites questions
1 question :
est t'il nécessaire d'installer un driver pour un modem adsl dsl 320 T ?
Modem ADSL2/2+ externe D-Link DSL-320T :

* G.dmt, G.dmt bis, G.dmtbisplus, G.lite, ANSI T1.413 supportés
* Support RE-ADSL2
* Auto-négociation de la vitesse ADSL
* Bridge Ethernet over ATM, PPP over ATM, IP over ATM, PPPoE
* Hôte DMZ supporté
* Serveurs virtuels supportés
* Configuration par Telnet ou navigateur Internet

J'avais auparavant un sagem fast 800 usb (j'avais de nombreuses déconnections d'ou mon choix d'un modem ethernet )et je suis passé en reseau vert/rouge
aprés de nombreuses lectures sur le site (merci pour ceux qui m'ont éclairé)
je suis parvenu a faire l'install javascript:emoticon(':lol:')

la connection vers internet se passe bien mais j'ai toujours de nombreuses déconnections !!!

2 question :

d'ou peut venir le fait que j'ai de nombreuses déconnections ?
De ma ligne ?
De mon paramétrage du modem ?

Pour les modems ethernet, pas besoin de driver.

Peut-être avez-vous un débit de connexion trop haut par rapport à ce que la ligne peut théoriquement accepter. Je ne l'ai jamais expérimenté directement, mais il semble qu'une ligne qui supporte en théorie 1Mb (c'est un exemple) a des chances d'être instable à ce débit alors qu'elle ne posera aucun problème à 512kb. A confirmer...

Toujour au sujet de mes nombreuses déconnections:
Je suis malheureusement en 512 k et a plus de 5 kilometres du central ; donc c'est une possibilté pour l'affaiblissement du signal.

ci dessous le log de RED au cas ou cela pourrait ouvrir une voie de recherche (je sais que cela est un peu imbuvable mais il y a surement quelques experts sur le site . Je n'y connais pas grand chose(et le mot est faiblejavascript:emoticon(':?')

C'est un bug mineur de pppd qui malgré que le MTU soit fixé à 1492 (une obligation en PPPoE du fait de la surcharge de l'ajout de l'entête PPPoE) cherche à remettre le MTU à 1500. C'est corrigé dans des versions plus récentes.

C'est que PPPoE n'a pas reçu ce qu'il attendait.

C'est probablement un problème réel sur la ligne, soit un bug de PPPoE.

Si par exemple, la ligne s'est désynchonisée du fait de trop d'erreurs, il faut un certain temps à la ligne pour se resynchroniser. Si PPPoE redémarre pendant ce temps, rien n'est reçu vu que la ligne n'est pas synchro, donc seul l'essai d'après fonctionnera.
