Mail a double recu sur SME 7.0

Bonjour a tous,

j'ai installer une sme 7.0 sur un nouveau serveur et j'ai fait une restore d'une sauvegarde
sur sme 6.0.

Tout a tres bien fonctionné, mais quand je recois un mail il arrive a double dans ma BAL.

mon serveur est configuré en serveur / passerelle avec une ip fixe. je recois directement les mails
(nom de domaine enregistrer sur cette ip).

j'ai cherche un peux partout sur le site et chez contribs.org mais j'ai pas trouvé de reponse.

avez vous deja rencontrer ce probleme?

merci de ta question, mais comme j'utilise SMTP, je n'ai pas controler
IMAP, le serveur tourne tres bien avec 56 utilisateurs et BAL.

Le transfert d'une SME 6.0 ver 7.0 s'est tres bien passé, toutes les config
domaine, mail, user, alias on tous ete correctement transféré. seulement cette
bizzare volonté de doubler les email recu.

si quelqu'un me dis que c'est deja dans un autre topic, il faudra aussi qu'il m'explique
comment recherche un topic car j'ai essayer plein de mot clef, et aucun topic correspondais.

Petite information :

je crée un nouveau compte sur le serveur : OL,
j'utilise un compte déjà crée MS :

OL envoye à MS : deux mail,

MS répond à OL : deux mail.

MS utilise une autre email chez un autre FAI : MS1 ,

OL envoye à MS1 un message de test = deux mail

MS1 répond à OL : deux mail....

OL transfert à MS : deux mail.....

il semblerai que le QMAIL (smtp) ai un problème, ou l'Anti-Spam....

mais là, je sèche, j'ai pas asser d'expérience de SME pour mettre les mains dedans...

il y en a un qui, du faite de ton backup, tourne 2x ?

As-tu pensé de te faire un sme-test et de rebalancer ton backup et voir si tu reproduit le problème ? suis curieux

de toute facon je jette l'eponge, je recommence a partir de 0....

mais tout de meme une question se pose :

si on veux mettre a jour un serveur SME6 en production avec environ 40 utilisateurs ou plus

et pleins de configurations ... quelle solution est envisageable ?

coucou me revoilou,

j'ai voulu faire un test et j'ai essayer de faire une sauvegarde / restauration d'un 6.0 sur un autre matériel. et que vois-je de nouveau les mail a double....

j m'explique :

installer nouveau serveur avec sme 6.0

backup ancien serveur sur mon pc xp

restore backup sur mon nouveau serveur

mise a jour en 7.0 puis 7.3 avec le cd

et voila que les mail sont de nouveau a double.

j'ai chercher sur le net ( google ) et je trouve sur dungog disable duplicates mailsorting.

j'essaye de mettre les contribs de dungog mais rien ne marche.

impossible de trouver une procedure pour remettre a 1 le nombre de copies envoyée a une boite a lettre email.

On en revient aux logs

Tu devrais aller voir ce qui se passe dans les logs de qmail et de qpsmtpd.

Je pense que la réponse doit être par là.

Tu confirmes bien qu'en créant deux nouveaux comptes, si le nouveau compte a envoie un message au nouveau compte b, ce message est également en double ? (Fais de préférence ce test depuis le webmail, çà éliminera le cas d'un problème côté poste client.

j'ai remarque quelque chose:

dans outlook 2003 quand tu trasnfert un mail, sur l'icone du mail apparait une petite fleche, la sur le deuxieme mail recu automatiquement il y a aussi cette fleche ....

Bon déjà, la commande magique c'est :

tail /var/log/qmail/current | tai64nlocal

Tu verras, c'est déjà nettement plus sexy

Ensuite, une fois que tu as la date et l'heure, il faudrait que tu puisse isoler le traitement pour un message.

Par exemple, tu lances les deux commandes suivantes, après avoir préparé un message dans un webmail :

tail -f /var/log/qmail/current | tai64nlocal | tee /tmp/qmail.log
tail -f /var/log/qpsmtpd/current | tai64nlocal | tee /tmp/qpsmtpd.log

(Evidemment, il faut lancer chaque commande sur un terminal différent).

Dès que le mail est arrivé (en double) tu stoppes les deux tail, et donc, là, tu auras un log qui concerne le traitement de ton mail.

Eventuellement, si pas de bol, un autre mail est arrivé en même temps, mais tu verras, il y a un n° identifiant pour chaque transaction, çà aide à suivre.

Après, soit tu vois, soit tu repostes (mais en essayant de ne laisser que l'utile), et en nous disant quelle manip exacte tu as fait pour obtenir ce log.

Evidemment, il faut protéger les innocents, donc s'il y a une info privée, tu la remplaces, mais fais bien gaffe : parfois, en voulant masquer, on retire aussi une info stratégique.

D'autre part, il pourrait être interressant aussi de voir si ta restau n'a pas ramené des scories dans /etc/e-smith/templates-custom (en principe, ce dossier devrait être vide, sauf si tu as fait dedans des modifs bien identifiées). Si le dossier n'est pas vide et que tu ne sais pas pourquoi, déplace le contenu ailleurs, refais un post-update / reboot, et vois si çà va mieux.

En effet il y a des parametres spamassasin dans /etc/e-smith/templates-custom je vais deplacer et faire une sequence de redemmarage.
