URLfilter 1.7.0 bug breaks french GUI

Salut,

a small typo in the french language file of URLfilter 1.7.0 breaks the french IPCop GUI a lets the GUI appear in the default language (english).

This bug has been fixed yet and a new 1.7.0 release is available for download now: http://www.urlfilter.net/download.html
