[Patch] Ipcop 1.4.1

Voila un patch est sorti pour notre ipcop !

The first update to 1.4.0 is up at http://prdownloads.sf.net/ipcop.

The FCDSL driver has had it's SMP version removed and integrated with
the other fcdsl support into the same tgz file as above.

The ISO is provided for those to test fresh installs.

As for the update. It's necessary to install this manually during the
test phase until it's confirmed as o.k. So upload it to the IPCop machine
and unpack it in /var/patches. Then run ./setup to install the patch,
and then logout.

Any problems, send them here.

comment ca se fait qu'on apercoit pas le besoin de mise à jour dans la partie mise à jour de la distribution ?

Peut etre car "It's necessary to install this manually during the test phase until it's confirmed as o.k." Ce qui en gros veut dire que l'update n'est qu'une version de test.. mais si bcp de monde pouvait tester !

il faut l'installer manuellement, cad sans doute un tar xvzf xxxxxxxupdatexx.tar.gz
puis un cd xxxupdatexxx
puis qlq chose comme ./setup -i

ce n'est qu'une hypothese, je l'ai pas downloadé !

Donc en gros on balance le fichier update

on fait 1 petit : tar -xvfz lefichier.tar.gz
puis ./setup

Et voila !!

Est ce que le premier patch est officiel ?

A priori il s agit du premier patch et pas d un patch test .....

Je pense que ce patch n'est pas (encore ?) officiel, car il n'en est pas fait mention sur le site http://www.ipcop.org.

Dites, tous les mirroirs SF semblent ne pas avoir le fichier, est-ce que vous auriez une URL valide (pour le fichier simplement, pas l'ISO) ?
Et si vous aviez un petit changelog aussi ...

Il y en aura un nouveau vendredi. Il y a 2 problèmes avec celui-là avec dhcp et eciadsl.

Le Changelog est consultable en permanence par l'interface web du cvs. Il n'est pas tout le temps mis à jour mais l'a été récement :
