reconnexion impossible smoothwall 2.0 fix4

edit titre plus explicite car nouveau pb :
le redemarrage de smoothwall est obligatoire pour pouvoir me reconnecter a internet apres unedeconnexion intenpestive apres un signal 11 recu par pppd voir post 6 et 8 pour l'integralite des logs concernant ceci

j'ai installe smoothwall express avec fixes 4 sur un pI 166 mmx 96 mo ram sur lequel j'ai installer un speedtouch st330 rev 4 du pack wanadoo et une connexion adsl 1024k comme dit sur le site http://www.hystedjp.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/
le probleme que j'ai c'est que de facon aleatoire la connexion s'arrete (mais la syncro reste) : j'entend le double bip de smoothwall et apres il n'arrive pas a se reconnecter meme en cliquant sur deconnexion puis connexion en faisant alt+f12 il m'affiche pppoa3 already runnig .... exit
Quand je redemarre l'ordi au chargement du firmware le modem ne trouve pas la syncro adsl et reste a chercher indefiniment la seule solution que j'ai trouver c'est de debracher le modem pendant un dizaine de minute ou le brancher sur un pc windows jusqu 'a ce qu'il trouve la syncro puis le rebranche sur l'ordi smoothwall et de la demarre normalement

essaies avec IPCop pour voir ce que ca donne, il gere bien ce modem

si le modem et la connexion marche sur crosoft cela ne vient pas de là

la a tout hasard j'ai change les filtre et ca marche j'ai l'impressino que c'etait un faux contact dans la prise

non finalment apres plusieurs jours de marche continue un probleme subsiste
le changement de filtre m'a permi de syncroniser avec succes et je n'ai plus de desyncronisation intenpestivestives mais je me rend compte qu ' a certains moment la connection s'arrete

un petit
car le probleme maintenant se repete presque toute les 5 heures !!

j'aimerais savoir vraiment ce qui ne vas pas car j'ai du oublier de le preciser mais apres chaque deconnection la reconnection n'est possbile qu'apres le redemarrage de smoothwall (au bout de 5 min avec la case cochee) et manuellemen ca pedale dans le vide en mettant plein de chose qui rapporte a une connexion impossible
aujourd hui j'ai eu ca on dirait que le modem ne repond plus (pourquoi ??)

une reinitialisation du modem est necessaire
ceci se passe aussi qu'apres une demande d'activite apres une periode inactive d'apres ce que j'ai vu sur d'autre topics ca pourrais etre l'alimentation qui est insuffisante alors je dois ajouter un hub ???

mais aussi Gesp dans un topic du 7 dec 2003 parle d'un script qu'il mis au point pour ipcop qui permet un reconnexion a toute epreuve par une reinitialisation du modem
est ce qu'un script comme celui ci existe pour smoothwall 2


et aussi qu'elle est la raison de ce signal 11

Il faudrait les logs de l'usb aussi pour voir ce qu'il se passe (si l'usb a un problème, si le firmware reste dans le modem ou pas)

Je te garantie qu'avec IPCop, cela se reconnectera mais on est obligé de faire un tas de choses pas très ortodoxes pour cela (faire un reset de l'usb pour pouvoir recharger le firmware).

Par contre pour les déconnexions, à par appliquer de la QOS sur le upload, on ne peut pas faire plus.

ou je peut les trouver les logs usb j'ai ceux du kernel sinon la tu as tout ce qu s'est passe hier au moment de la deconexion dans les fichier messages dans /var/log

C'est indiqué dans ton log, il faudrait ajouter l'option -c au lancement de pppoa3 mais je ne sais pas dans quel fichier (probablement dans /etc/rc.d). Il se pourrait que ce soit dans /usr/local/bin/alcateladslfw mais dans ce cas, tu es mal parti parce que c'est un binaire et je ne sais pas ou sont les sources?

Tu pourrais aussi retirer l'option '-e 1' car elle ne fait plus rien mais c'est pas grave pour la même raison.
