je sais pas si c'est ca ton probleme mais bon:
j'explique
c'est en anglais mais bon,un morceau d'aide de yahoo:
Windows XP and the Internet Connection Firewall.
If you are running Windows XP, you may be running XP's in-built Internet Connection Firewall (ICF) without your knowledge, since it is the default. Follow these steps to ensure that the correct ports are opened.

From the Start menu click on Control Panel.
Double-click on the Network Connections icon.
Right-click the connection that you use to connect to the Internet, and then click on Properties.
On the Advanced tab, uncheck the box Protect my computer... if you would like to disable the firewall. If you like to only open the webcam ports, check the box and continue with the remaining steps.
Click the Settings button.
Click the Add button.
Under Description..., fill in Yahoo! Webcam. Under Name or IP..., fill in 127.0.0.1. Under both External Port and Internal Port, fill in 5100. Check the button TCP.
Click OK to close all opened dialog boxes.
Please refer to Windows XP help for more detailed information.

va là et regarde la video OK

Note: You may be running additional firewalls (either hardware or software). Look up your firewall vendor's help pages to open up the ports in them.
