tout d'abord je tiens a m'excuser si la question a déjà été posée...g bien fait une recherche mais je n'ai rien trouvé qui corresponde...(ou newbie dans l'âme g pas fait le rapprochement <IMG SRC="images/smiles/icon_smile.gif">) <BR>voila mon pb : <BR> <BR>gt en train de suivre un tuto debian qui conseille de passer de woody à sid avant l'installation du serveur graphique. je fais les changements dans "/etc/apt/sources.list" pour passer en unstable et un apt-get dist-upgrade comme conseillé... <BR>jusque la pas de pb, il met a jour ces sources puis télécharge environ 100 mo de packtages. je répond du mieux que je peut à toutes les question posé pendant la mise à jour et viens le moment du reboot final... <BR>la crash de lilo (ct a prevoir) mais suite à un boot sur disquette et la réécriture du mbr par lilo il boot de nouveau. <BR>seulement désormais je recontre deux problêmes que mes maigres connaissances ne me premettent de résoudre <IMG SRC="images/smiles/icon_frown.gif"> : <BR> <BR>1) mon clavier n'est plus correct et je ne sais reconfigurer le clavier que pour X (plus de touche Fx et pour passer d'une console à l'autre ca devient problématique et les symboles : &é"'(-è__ etc... au-dessus des lettres ne sont plus au même endroit (c pas du qwerty, avec un peu d'experience de l'amaiga j'aurais reconnu...) <BR> <BR>2) deuxiéme problême : il m'affiche toute les cinq minutes: <BR>INIT Id "2" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes <BR>----------3--------------------------------------------------- <BR>----------4--------------------------------------------------- <BR>etc...jusqu'à 6 <IMG SRC="images/smiles/icon_confused.gif"> <BR> <BR>voilà donc si quelqu'un a eu le problême et veut partager son experience..... <BR>merci d'avance <IMG SRC="images/smiles/icon_smile.gif">

à force de farfouiller dans des docs diverses et des pages perso g finis par trouver comment modifier (simplement <IMG SRC="images/smiles/icon_smile.gif"> ) le mappage du clavier et revenir au clavier standart : <BR>dpkg-reconfigure console-data <BR> <BR>ct pas compliqué mais pas evident à trouver non plus <IMG SRC="images/smiles/icon_smile.gif"> <BR>pour le reste ben c pas gagné <BR> <BR>si quelqu'un a une idée....

ben j'éssaye systématiquement de répondre moi-même à la question que je pose si j'arrive à trouver, comme ça la personne qui lit le post a pas besoin de se retaper tout le travail de recherche (c ça l'esprit communautaire <IMG SRC="images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif"> ) <BR>mais bon je galère terrible (ne surtout pas ceder à la tentaion de réinstaller un win$ <IMG SRC="images/smiles/icon_smile.gif">) <BR>là g encore le serveur X qui a craché suite à l'installation de polices comme indiqué dans le tuto "De lattre". <BR>il ne m'affiche pas de message d'erreur dans XFree86.log.0, juste : <BR>"Not loading .note.GNU-stack" de maniére plus ou moins continue pendant le lancement de X puis crash brutalement au moment ou le moniteur se rallume... <BR>je cherche une soluce depuis hier apres-midi mais toujours rien... <BR>je vais tâcher de poster mon XFree86 log un peu plus tard au cas ou une âme charitable et bien renseigné pourrait m'expliquer le problême <IMG SRC="images/smiles/icon_smile.gif"> <BR> <BR>

Le tuto de Lattre est effectivement bien fait, jusqu'au moment où il indique qu'il faut passer sa Woddy en Sid. Malheureusement, l'accessibilité d'un Sid n'est pas vraiment "top". Sid signifie "Still in Developpemet" et ne permettra pas d'avoir un poste/serveur fiable, quelque soit son utilisation, sans avoir un minimum de connaisances Debian. <BR> <BR>Je conseille donc de rester en woody, afin d'éviter les problemes les plus hardcore

ouuuuuuups ! <BR> <BR>ct de ma faute evidement, une fois encore à force de se prendre la tête g trouvé : <BR>g mal configuré le lien vers xmodmap (-> d'ou le problême des polices je suppose) <BR>dans le fichier 60xmodmap g mis : <BR>/etc/X11/xmodmap -e ...etc.... au lieu de : <BR>/usr/bin/X11/xmodmap etc..... <BR> <BR>evidement le fichier xmodmap n'existe pas dans /etc/X11 <BR> <BR>par contre g trouvé l'erreur dans ~/.xsession-errors <BR>je ne comprend pas pourquoi il existe deux fichiers séparés 1 de log et 1 d'erreur et qu'il ne contienne pas la même chose.. <BR>enfin pour resumer une fois encore c un manque de connaissance qui est à l'origine du problême (il fallait savoir aussi que le fichier caché .xsession-errors existait <IMG SRC="images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif"> ) <BR> <BR>en ésperant encore une fois que ce sera utile à quelqu'un.. <BR>@+ <IMG SRC="images/smiles/icon_smile.gif">

Merci pour tes posts et solutions : j'ai eu quelques difficultés au cours de l'install de la Debian et ils m'ont bien aidé.

Comme tout et chacun est toujours perfectible, je te propose de méditer sur ce post, mais ceci dit je préfère de loin quelqu'un qui écrit comme toi et qui partage ses solutions qu'un profiteur qui écrit un excellent français et qui n'est ni capable de chercher ni encore moins de remercier pour les solutions qu'on lui donne... :biz:

Je ne doute pas de son intérêt, mais je n'ai pas les droits d'accès... Pas trouvé non plus comment les obtenir... Tu peux expliquer comment tu les as eus STP ?
