Un Switch 5 ports
Un modem Wanadoo Speedtouch 510v4 (ETHERNET)
Connection ADSL 2048/128 Wanadoo
Je suis confronté à un dilemne :
Je n'arrive pas a me connecter ni en Bridge, ni en PPPoE
UNIQUEMENT en PPPoA
Un modem Ethernet en PPPoA, pas facile à croire...
J'ai bien tenté de Flasher le modem, tout essayé en configurations, autant logicielles que matérielles (Windows, modem, câblages ...)
rien n'y fait...
j'ai téléphoné à mon FAI qui ne voit pas de disfonctionnement du modem,qui me certifie que PPPoE ET PPPoA sont actifs, et me conseille d'essayer différentes configurations du modem...
(en clair : démerde toi mon gars, on perd du temps avec toi)
Etant donné qu'il est assez limité (le modem), j'ai vite fait le tour , et toujours pas moyen de faire fonctionner ce modem Ethernet en PPPoE, ni en bridge.
Dois-je me résigner à tourner en PPPoA ???
Comment faire pour mon IpCop 1.4.0 ??? qui tournerait sur un Pentium 166 (s'il y a une soluce)
Dans IpCop, il n'y a pas de paramètrage PPPoA, et le PPPoE ne marche pas... :'(
Pour finir, je suis allé chez un ami qui possède un routeur IpCop 1.4.0 on a braché mon modem en bridge ethernet sur sa connection, tout roule super (à ce titre il est à 3 Km de chez moi, il a un abonnement wanadoo en 512/128 et un modem ST 510v4 identique au mien jusqu'au firmware)
