Hopefully, the last in the RC series.

If there are no showstoppers found in this then I think we're all
set for a 1.4.0 release very soon. The quicker people download and
test - the better.

As usual, they are up at http://prdownloads.sf.net/ipcop. Mirrors being
what they are at SF, it may take a little while for them to settle.

Additionally, the alternative path to the above location is
http://osdn.dl.sf.net/ipcop which is the primary location and should
always be available.

detection. So the timeout is only determinated by
rc.(specific-script) end. - remove {ppp0|ippp0} in case of
multiple (incorrect) session with dial-on-demand - in case of
connection timeout, stop 'rc.red start' before rc.red stop in
case pppd connect just during the time needed by 'rc.red stop'
script to start

ip-down - don't start 'rc.connectioncheck reconnect' if one is
already running - it should no more append now, but ...
